Job Listing: Receptionist at Vishnu Eye Clinic

Vishnu Eye Clinic, a renowned ophthalmology superspeciality eye hospital located in Anna Nagar, is looking for a receptionist to handle patients as they walk in. The ideal candidate should have excellent people skills and a pleasing personality. They should be presentable and well dressed with a properly groomed appearance. Lady candidates are preferred, but gents are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients as they walk in and make them feel welcome
• Register patient details accurately and maintain records
• Answer queries and provide information about the clinic’s services
• Streamline patient flow and ensure a smooth experience
• Type prescriptions as instructed by the doctor
• Handle difficult patients and situations with poise
• Manage appointments and schedules effectively

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Tamil
• Proficient in Hindi, Telugu, or other languages is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Familiarity with basic computer skills
• Work timings between 9 AM and 7 PM . Should be at the desk by 8.45AM

Salary: The salary for this position is around 15000 to 20000 per month. Increments in salary will be given at yearly appraisals.
