Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Field Collection Executive to join our team. As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding payments from customers in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collections made and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the management.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers’ premises to collect outstanding payments
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all collections made
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the management
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or concerns
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
