About Construction Management—Leeding Builders Group (LBG)

Leading Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. Founded on a reputation of professionalism and quality, with the financial backing of AECOM, we are one of New York City’s premier builders.

As a separately branded entity of the AECOM Construction Management group, LBG operates independently with its management structures and resources. Leading Builders Group/AECOM is seeking to hire construction Laborers for our ongoing construction projects across New York City.

Job Description:

• General construction cleaning at a construction job site.
• Unloading and delivering of materials.
• Construction hoist operation.
• Flagging areas under construction.
• Duties may include the use of hand tools.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• HSD, GED, or 1 year of construction-related experience
• OSHA 30
• NYC DOB SST Card

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ability to use basic computer skills.
• Ability to speak and write in the English language.
• Ability to arrive at the job site(s) across NYC at the required time.
• Ability to work as scheduled.
• This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
• This position does not include relocation benefits.
• Offered rate of compensation (New York City only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience, and work location. The salary range for the position is $22.00/hr (non-exempt).
