Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operate large format printers to produce digital media prints
• Prepare files for printing and production as per machine requirements
• Trouble-shooting of printing and enveloping machines
• Manual slotting of letters into envelopes.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet both SLA and company standards
• Meet project implementation targets for timelines
• Performing data entry
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Willing to work 5-day work week rotating shift
• Good team player, willing to learn, take initiative and reliable
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Comfortable working in a production environment
