Position Summary

At Nestlé in France, our employees and company performance is measured by the concrete and positive contributions of everyone on its environment. As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of all Waste Elimination (WE) initiatives within Supply Chain Cereal Partners France (including exports manufactured in France), acting as the single point of contact.

A day in the life of Continuous Improvement Coordinator

• Monitors, coordinates and supports projects to ensure on time execution, accurate savings estimates aligned with FiCo and risk anticipation. Keeps up-to-date the database and the KPIsdatethe database and the KPIs
• Set up the appropriate meetings to follow up progress with the relevant stakeholders (Region, ManCom, SC France)
• Project Management: Ensures the right-staffing of project leads and escalate issues. Ensure the main principles of project management are applied in the key projects. Supports on capability building on project management – Leads key complex projects with high importance

• Build project pipeline: Organize, prepare and lead ideation meetings/workshops to generate new ideas by connecting accurate inputs and stakeholders
• NCE & Lean practices: Implements NCE/Lean Tools and Methods in the Supply Chain function in order to promote a continuous improvement mindset
• Capabilities: Makes sure to stay up-to-date with latest methodologies, new tools and benchmark with other markets, categories and functions and steal with pride. Connect with NCE market community and leverage NCE resources to build capabilities in the different teams depending on the business needsdatewith latest methodologies, new tools and benchmark with other markets, categories and functions and steal with pride. Connect with NCE market community and leverage NCE resources to build capabilities in the different teams depending on the business needs
• Operational tasks: Responsible for warehouse administration tasks (up to 30% of his time) and acting back up of the MH Super User role. This allows to be well connected with the systems and be autonomous on warehouse reporting, analysis and identifying opportunities. In addition he will be working on our innovative Direct-to-Consumer projects (Fitness Creator and Loop)
