This is a four to six-month temporary assignment in a varied role within a large, high-profile organization. You will have the opportunity to develop your administrative and coordination support skills while supporting a Senior Manager and team working towards ensuring community safety.


 Role Duties

  • Develop a great understanding of teamwork, priorities, and portfolios.
  • Supporting the Manager with their time management, including setting up meetings, travel, and logistics.
  • Managing workflow and monitoring tasks.
  • Maintaining and updating information, and preparation of correspondence.
  • Assisting with finance administration with some facilities management.
