We are looking for Two (2) talented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Laguna International Industrial Park.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Works with internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under moderate supervision.
- Processes payments made by customers.
- Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
- Answers basic customer inquiries.
- Prepares analysis of accounts.
- May conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.
- Assists in preparing month end reporting.
- Participates in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
- Contacts customers regularly, through phone or e-mail to determine status of payment of outstanding invoices.
- Summarizes discussion with customers, including but not limited to dispute details, missing supporting documents, request to reinvoice and communicates this information to the relevant business partners to enable stakeholders to take action in order to enforce collection.
- Escalates customer issues for non-payment as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Minimal requirement of 2 years working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
- Open to BPO/shared service industry, high preference to candidates with experience in handling SEAPAC accounts.
- Experience working with multiple ERP’s.
