Teacher Jobs Siliguri

A teacher, also known as a catalyst, is responsible for facilitating student learning by planning and delivering instructional activities and materials in a structured and engaging manner. The teacher/catalyst is responsible for monitoring student progress, assessing student understanding, and providing timely feedback to students and parents.

Additionally, the teacher/catalyst may be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to promote student holistic development aged 16 months to 40 months.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and deliver weekly plans that align with curriculum standards and student needs.

● Provide engaging and meaningful instructional activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

● Assess student understanding and progress through a variety of methods (e.g. formative and summative assessments, observations, student work).

● Provide timely feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.

● Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

● Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote children holistic development and well-being.

● Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in teaching and learning.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Love for children

● Passion for teaching

● Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques

● Experience working with young children

● Ability to manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

● Proficiency in technology tools and platforms used for teaching and learning
