Customer Service Representative
A reputed clinic located in Sharjah, industrial area is looking for customer service representative having clinic experience in UAE.
Job description
* Greeting and checking-in patients: Welcome patients and visitors, check them in, and direct them to the appropriate areas within the facility.
*Appointment scheduling: Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, either over the phone or in person. Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
*Answering phone calls: Handle incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Be knowledgeable about the medical services offered and address inquiries efficiently.
*Patient registration: Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance details, and medical history. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
*Insurance verification: Verify patients’ insurance coverage, check eligibility and approvals in insurance portal.
*Coordinating paperwork: Prepare and process various medical forms, such as consent forms, medical records requests, and release of information forms.
*Maintaining records: Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring they are up to date and filed correctly. Follow privacy regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
*Handling payments: Collect and process patient payments, including copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances. Utilize a computerized system to manage transactions accurately.
* Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
