Customer Service Representative to start immediately

Do you like serving and helping people? Are you comfortable talking on the phone?

Then you are exactly what we need in our customer service team. Our customer service team currently consists of 2 other permanent customer service employees. In addition, we also have a plant department where there are 3 employees in the office. Overall, we are about 10 office workers.

The job is a permanent full-time position, but we are open to people who are on sabbatical and who, for example, will not start their studies until next summer.

At Jespers Planteskole, we have been extremely busy the last few years and our customer service needs more skilled people who can help answer emails, phone calls, make labels for our goods and other ad-hoc tasks in the office.

The job is perfect for you who love to be busy in the heat of the office and who are well organized and can keep track of a lot of tasks.

Description of the job

The position consists of 37 hours and starts immediately.

If you do not have the opportunity to start within 14 days, you do not need to apply, as we need an employee who can step in immediately.

The job is at Harrestrupvej 64, 7500 Holstebro, which is the same location as our physical store.

Working hours are between 8am and 4pm on weekdays. There will be work every second weekend (Saturday) from 9-15.

Your tasks will primarily be to help our customers via phone and email. But like any other employee in customer service, you can expect an octopus-like role where you will be continuously trained in several tasks. This could be, for example, product creation, text assignments or the like.

We imagine that you;

• Is fluent in written and spoken Danish
• Have “bones in the nose” and dare to be yourself
• Has the ability to keep a cool head in a stressful everyday life with many inquiries

If you have an interest in plants, it is only an advantage, but it is by no means a necessity.

Jespers Planteskole is a physical garden center that has conquered a large part of the market for the online sale of plants in the past few years. In recent years, things have gone really fast, primarily due to the great growth of the webshop. The webshop is operated from the same location as our large physical store. We currently have over 100 employees in our peak season.
