We’re Hiring Customer Services Executive, Gwalior


Role & Responsibilities :

* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

* Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

* Candidate needs to handle social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc

* Must have prior knowledge of Handling Social Media Account.

* Need to handle email and inbound queries via Calls, Email & Chat

Qualification : HSC or Any Graduate

Location: Gwalior

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
