Tele Caller Executive
Job description
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
- Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the Delhi IVF services Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sale closing rate. Exceptional customer service skills.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Desired Candidate Profile: Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position.
- Minimum of 2 years of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the Hospital.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Day Shift Timing will be between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and will be operating 6 days a week with fixed Weekly off.
- It is a full-time work from an office job.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
