Consultant – Talent & Learning

About the Team

The Global Advisory team is responsible for providing strategic leverage to Global Risk Advisory Leaders to implement long term vison and meet overall business revenue aspiration. The team is responsible for building our Global Risk Advisory footprint in key geographies and working to remove barriers for seamless global client service delivery. The team will help to increase our ability to better serve needs of our most important clients, facilitate growth in client relationships, help prioritize investments, and enhance talent experience. The positions are long term leadership support roles, with opportunities to grow as the Global Office expands. The team sits within the Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd function of the firm.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Digital Learning: Design eLearning (general outline for eLearning, often based on source material from SMRs)
  • Digital Learning: Develop eLearning (utilizing tools such as Brainshark, Articulate 360, Audacity, Adobe)
  • Create CURA journeys, pathways, groups, and smartcards
  • Oversee and manage global Risk Advisory learning inventory (MS Teams site)
  • Communication: Assist in creation of quarterly learning newsletter, and other internal articles and newsletters
  • Track learning metrics (e.g., course completions, registrations, courses created, etc.)
  • Assist with other GRA Talent priorities as needed
  • Develop executive leadership presentation materials for leadership meetings and executive communications
  • Actively participate in cross-team and cross-business collaboration for adoption of best-practices
  • Produce on time, high quality, client-ready deliverables
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
  • Share expertise by conducting knowledge sharing sessions with the team where applicable
  • Report/work under the leadership of the Manager/Senior Consultant, USI

  • Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills geared to all levels of audience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Builds trusting relationships based on integrity
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g., CURA, Brainshark, SABA, Articulate 360)
  • Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a virtual and non-virtual team setting
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into concise summaries
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to step in stakeholder’s shoes and proactively drive discussions

Additional competencies (skills/prior experience)

  • Maintains learning best practice knowledge, particularly in learning design techniques and technologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills



  • MBA preferred; Other relevant master’s degrees and/or certifications will also be considered
  • 3-6 years of work experience
