The Team

DIJV Debt Advisory (Treasury Tech) team provides advisory & research support services to Deloitte members firms across diverse nature of the business development and engagements. We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms Debt Advisory (Treasury Tech) practices and provide dedicated offshore client support throughout the Technology lifecycle. Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your networks across the vast Global Deloitte network and develop understanding of the global CFA standards.

Our core service offerings include company analysis, industry research, identifying potential buyer/targets, company profiles, relative valuation, client talking points, pitch material and proposal, marketing material (IMs, teasers, etc.), newsletter/dashboards, etc.

Work you’ll do

A career within Debt Advisory (Treasury Tech) practice will provide a wide & valuable experience in an exciting and dynamic working & learning environment.

The role will position you to support on all aspects of an M&A engagement which include the following activities:

• Support Deloitte member firms Treasury Technology Practice
• Deliver End to End Implementation Projects or Small Turnkey assignments with clients across the Global
• Identify potential improvements to existing Treasury Systems; perform in-depth assessment of the existing landscape and suggest best practices to improve Treasury Systems and operations efficiency
• Look at the Treasury models and build a robust system to give strategic and operational edge to the clients
• Work towards tight deadlines, adding value to complex and high profile projects
• Provide guidance, training and timely feedback to project team assignees
• Demonstrate strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving

Eligibility

• We are looking for minimum 7 to 10 years of experience with minimum 7 years of working experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management & BCM area.
• Minimum 2 End to End Implementations mandatory
• Worked in International assignments is an added advantage
• Experience in working with a wider Finance Team is advantageous.
• Experience in Onshore – Offshore working model is advantageous.

Skills Required

In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of Debt Advisory (Treasury Tech) services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Successful candidate should showcase strong team leadership and management capabilities
• Should have a strong technical capability to handle solutions, guide team members, provide technical support and also lead projects from the technical delivery standpoint
• Should have a proven track record of working in onshore and offshore teams
• Skills:
• Successful candidate must have expert level experience in 3 of the below modules
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management Area,
• Cash Management & Bank Account Management,
• BCM and Payments.
• In House Cash Management and Central Finance experience will be advantageous.
• Successful candidate should have detailed knowledge to be an individual performer as well as someone who can guide teams or junior resources for technical solutions
• Successful candidate will showcase excellent business process knowledge in Treasury as well as Banking space.
• Must have working knowledge of technical enhancements, PI/PO and Interfaces, IDOCs, etc.
• Must have at least 2 End to End Implementation experience on the above-mentioned areas.
• Must be flexible to work in different time zones (mainly European/UK time zone)
