Copywriter

Direct Line Group is the umbrella for a range of household name brands, including Direct Line, Churchill, Green Flag and Privilege. We have a broad range of products, from motor and home insurance to breakdown and landlord cover.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a copywriter to join our growing Experience Design team. We believe in connecting people to brands through brilliant experiences, and strive to represent the customer in every conversation, and every decision. You’ll join a team of copywriters and other creatives, focused on building and optimising customer journeys for our range of brands and products at Direct Line Group.

What you’ll need:

We’re looking for a copywriter who can take the initiative when it comes to doing what’s best for the customer. This means listening to what customers have to say, and using research and data to solve complex problems. As well as a proven track record in UX, it would be great if you can also bring some experience of SEO and long-form writing.
