Job Description:

As a Fashion Designer at DIVINEPINK, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and sustainable fashion products that meet our customers’ needs and preferences. You will work closely with our team of designers, merchandisers, and marketers to create products that align with our brand values and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for fashion products that meet our brand objectives and market trends.

• Conduct market research to identify fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles that are relevant to our customers.

• Design and sketch product ideas using traditional and digital tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and other software.

• Collaborate with the team to select materials, trims, and finishes that meet our sustainability goals and budget constraints.

• Develop detailed technical specifications and sketches for production.

• Create and manage a product development calendar that meets production deadlines.

• Attend product fittings and provide feedback on fit, quality, and design.

• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.

• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and materials.

• Excellent design and sketching skills.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Passion for fashion and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
