CASHIER – Dubai Mall


As a Cashier, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, and will strive to display ownership and accountability for your area of pride by handling cash/card and client data procedures, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions, and ensuring compliance with all of Louis Vuitton’s policies and procedures and Louis Vuitton standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be accountable of the respect of the company’s policies and procedures related to payments, cash and financial / fiscal compliance
  • Have ownership and embody of cash/card handling and client data procedures, grey parallel market, and data collection
  • Monitor the balancing sheet and aim for no payment discrepancies by ensuring deposits, exports and potential outstanding payments are followed up
  • Manage crossovers, inversions and losses occur
  • Manage the queue system for payments and organize the clients accordingly
  • Close the sale by “Placing yourself into the Client’s shoes” by responding in a sensitive way, understanding their needs, and forming strong relationships with a loyal number of Clients
  • Be accountable for the full stock management and personal shopping

As part of the client facing team, you will also be required the following:

  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives
  • Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
  • Ensure your floor is fully operational daily
  • Ensure flexibility is provided to managers to support the shop floor when needed


We are seeking candidates who have a drive for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and who are methodical and organized, with an eye towards operations and maintaining financials and Louis Vuitton standards, but above all, are empathetic and client centric. You will have extensive Cashiering or Administrative (store based) experience and seek to continue or enter a career in the luxury retail environment.
