Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Assistant Aquatics Manager of the University Club at Arlington will help oversee day to day operations of the property. This includes but is not limited to
- Managing lifeguard staff
- Providing excellent customer Service
- Assist with training and supervision of lifeguarding staff
- Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of the pool deck and locker rooms
- Assist with pool equipment upkeep and repair
- Ensure water chemistry stays compliant with county health department regulation
- Enforce and communicate rules and regulations to members and guests
- Communicate with Asst Director of Aquatics and event planner for special events
- Swim meet set up/break down
- Other duties as assigned.Job Duties:
