Full Job Description

Eaton’s Electrical Tripp Lite Business is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker- 2nd Shift to join our team. This position is based in Woodridge, Illinois. A relocation assistant will not be provided.


Position Overview:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out. You will work to verify orders as the come in and out of the facility. Load and Unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage.

In this function you will:

  • Picking, packing, and shipping products
  • Verifying products, product numbers, and quantities for order accuracy
  • Loading and unloading Trucks / Containers
  • Receiving and processing stock and materials
  • Stocking the warehouse and rotating/replenishing inventory
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
  • Ability to stand and lift 50+ pounds for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to work at a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Must pass a background check and hair sample drug screen
  • Must live within 50 miles of Chicago, IL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Handheld / RF Scanner experience helpful
  • Sit-down Forklift and Rider Pallet Jack experience is helpful
