About the role

This role involves supporting and working directly under Neeraj Mandhana, one of India’s prominent career and college admission guidance counselors, and the founder of The Next Genius Foundation. He mentors students in making vital decisions around their career path and college admissions and plays a pivotal role in shaping their career journey.

You will be a part of a close-knit team that reviews various components of the college applicants of our clients. These include, but are not limited to, college essays, profiles, recommendation letters, and resumes, among others.

About the role, Keynotes:

• Role – Full-time
• Grade – Associate
• Location – Hubtown Solaris, Andheri East, Mumbai
• Work Days – Mon to Fri, IST Shift (10 am to 8 pm)
• CTC – Up to 5L per annum (3month probation at 30,000 INR per month)

Core Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of the specialized field and write the research materials according to client needs.
• Assist clients in understanding the requirements of their project and provide writing samples.
• Conduct both primary and secondary academic research to meet the research needs of the clients.
• Come up with new ideas and right content strategy and executing upon it to generate viewership
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver content across multiple channels.
• Come up with ideas that can help achieve team and company goals.
• Take ownership of projects which have been assigned to you.
• Brainstorming/ Ideation: Be able to lead brainstorming sessions independently and come up with winning ideas/content.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
• This role is right for a hard-working person who enjoys linguistic thinking, is creative, loves learning, and above all works in a very systematic and time-bound manner.
