Full Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Executive: –
· Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on call, remote desk etc.
· Resolv tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity.
· Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation.
· Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
· Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new feature is required.
Skills Required:-
· Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
· Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
· Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
