The Hospitality Program Coordinator position offers a rare opportunity for a senior Hospitality professional to drive extraordinary outcomes for residents within a large, multi-site residential care environment.
Reporting to the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs, you will have responsibility for the ongoing development and evaluation of Eldercare’s Hospitality Services including catering, cleaning and laundry.
You will use your technical expertise and high-level influencing skills to partner with our Site Operations Managers, Chef Managers and Dietitians, contributing to a culture of resident collaboration, best practise methodology and continuous improvement.
This broad and exciting position will allow you to implement innovative solutions across food safety, menu development, purchasing and workforce management. You will introduce ongoing service improvements to meet organisational priorities and resident needs.
Based at Eldercare’s Head Office in Eastwood, this role balances strategic service development with hands on process improvement and coaching across our sites.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a background in a complex aged care or healthcare environment
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery
- Be committed to delivering person-centred care
- Have a full SA driver’s license
