We provide comprehensive home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. As a Home Cleaner, you will ensure our client’s homes are clean, tidy, and comfortable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces within clients’ homes.
• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other areas as required.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Organise and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their homes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards clients, including individuals with disabilities and seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (if required to travel between client locations).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and reference verification.
