Logistics Executive
Job Description
- Develop and maintain periodic reports and KPIs
- Play a critical role in P&L reviews and strategic planning/forecasting
- Huge emphasis on increasing picking efficiency to increase operating margin for all e-commerce orders
- Negotiate prices with service providers for warehouse operations and deliveries
- May have managerial responsibility with one or more team members reporting into the role
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience in e-Commerce logistics
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing/Business Admin)
- Strong proficiency in store and warehouse operations. Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management
- Relevant/related work experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relation-building skills)
- Prioritization, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
Solid leadership skills - A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Well organized and good follow up skills
