job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Real Estate Agent specializing in the secondary market to join our client`s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties, while also building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

·Provide guidance and assistance to clients during the buying and selling process
Market properties through advertising and listing services
Host open houses and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers
Advise clients on the current real estate market trends and provide appropriate solutions to their needs
Maintain and update property listings and databases
Negotiate with clients and other agents to ensure a fair and profitable transaction
Collaborate with other agents and industry professionals to enhance the company’s reputation
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and market trends
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Demonstrated sales skills and negotiation abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
