Junior Casino Coordinator

As a Casino Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of a best-in-class Casino and Games Product offered from our offices based in Malta. The successful candidate will be working within the Gaming Product team and will coordinate a wide range of items to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Casino and Games Products. Being a point of contact for 2nd line escalations from Customer Support and taking required business decisions under the supervision of the Casino Manager on individual cases.

Assisting the Casino team in managing and releasing new games on the company websites. Testing games and ensuring they work correctly in the required markets and currencies. Checking and ensuring on a daily basis that all Casino & Games products are available for customers and that all games and their functionalities work as normal. Assisting in managing localized lobbies based on player preference and marketing strategies. Working closely with CRM and VIP in testing the functionality of our products and ensuring promotions are working as expected and ensuring the most valuable customers are receiving outstanding communication, offers, and treatment.

Executing any additional work that may be handed by the Head of the Department or line manager directly. Regular testing of casino product functionalities to suggest improvements and report any concerns to the line manager. Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant, especially with regard to mobile technologies, product portfolio, games positioning, promotions, as well as new product features and promotion tools.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • At least 1-year experience in an iGaming role.
  • Excellent knowledge of online casino customers is essential.
  • Fluency (both spoken and written) in English. Additional languages would be considered an asset.
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly to produce high-quality work requiring minimal oversight or correction.
  • Ability to be innovative and creative, a lateral thinker who is able to understand and adapt to market and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
