Supervise and coordinate all mechanical activities related to energy projects, ensuring that applicable quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate with engineering teams, quality control, safety and other departments to ensure that processes and materials meet quality and safety standards.
Verify that the technical specifications and plans of the project are met, ensuring that the work is carried out according to the schedule and budget established.
Carry out inspections and tests of mechanical equipment and systems, including turbines, generators, pumps, compressors, pipes and other mechanical components, to ensure their compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Evaluate and carry out audits of suppliers and contractors of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment and mechanical systems during operation.
Perform failure analysis and solve mechanical problems in equipment and systems during the construction and operation of projects.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal compliance teams to ensure that power projects comply with applicable mechanical standards and regulations.
Participate in the preparation and review of technical documents related to project mechanics, including plans, specifications, and operation and maintenance manuals.
Coordinate and carry out training programs in mechanics, quality and safety for energy project personnel.
