Plan and supervise the inventory of materials and energy equipment in the warehouse.
Establish storage and distribution procedures for energy materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and project teams to ensure timely supply of required energy materials and equipment.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of records in the inventory system.
Carry out periodic inspections of the storage conditions and the state of energy materials and equipment, to guarantee that they are in good condition and safe for use.
Carry out and supervise the process of receiving, inspecting and documenting the entry and exit of materials and energy equipment from the warehouse.
Coordinate and supervise the process of loading and unloading of energy materials and equipment to ensure their safe and efficient handling.
Participate in the preparation of warehouse management reports, including cost control and analysis of trends in the use of materials and energy equipment.
Coordinate and carry out training programs for warehouse personnel, focused on the best practices of warehouse management and security.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with applicable safety policies and regulations.
