Job Description

The person will be a driven and positive professional who is able to work autonomously to deliver high quality results within the required timeframes.

• Involved in full recruitment life cycle and end to end recruitment cycle.
• Prepare & maintain all documentation of all employees.
• Support in all administrative activities.
• Preparing various letters like joining mailers, appointment letter, warning letters, increment letter, transfer letter etc.
• Preparing & ensuring that all employees get ID cards.
• Maintenance of Attendance, leaves and salary.
• Responsible for Joining formalities, On boarding activities, Induction & Training of employees.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Grievance handling by visiting various remote site locations.
• Organizing employee engagement activities.
• Responsible for preparation of MIS generation and maintenance of all data related to HR Department.
• Conducting & coordinating CSR activities at all site locations.
• Coordination with all site HR’s requirement & central team requirements.
• Preparation of Full & Final Settlement, completion of separate formalities.

Qualification, Skills And Experience

• 2-3 years of experience of Human Resource.
