Field Officers play very important roles at the field level of any MFI.

The FOs are responsible for all day-to-day field all operational aspects including loan appraisal and recovery; they are also responsible for documentation and record keeping of loans, customer service and compliance of rules, regulations and guidelines .In addition FOs are responsible for building a rapport with the community to attract business and assisting with customer relations.
