• Ability for setting suitable timelines and making sure completing the project on time .
• Creative and visualization skills of creating realistic render for high end brand.
• Understand the client’s needs ,want ,and expectations for the project with an eye for details.
• Advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
• Preparing layout plans and shop-drawings
• Preparing conceptional presentations including Mood boards prior client meetings
• Preparing perspective freehand sketching for projects
• Creating 3d renders using our existing kitchen software and optional visualizing software’s such 3DS Max and Photoshop
• Using computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents (MEP drawings).
• Preparing presentation boards
• Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval
• Preparing quotations and any related documents
• Procuring and maintaining samples from local suppliers
• Site supervision / attending site meetings
• Any other responsibilities as envisaged by the line manager from time to time.
• Create, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Meeting clients as directed by line Manager

Minimum Requirements :

• Degree in Interior Design and must have worked for several years in this field
• Knowledgeable in 3ds Max ,Vray ,AutoCAD ,Photoshop and Lumion.
• Must be fluently in English. Arabic is a plus
