Position Overview: As a Sales Agent for the World Wonders Travel and Tourism Membership Club, you will be responsible for promoting and selling membership packages to prospective customers. You will play a vital role in expanding our membership base by effectively presenting the benefits and value of our exclusive club, ultimately driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Membership Acquisition: Actively prospect, identify, and engage potential customers interested in travel and tourism. Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation, to acquire new members for the World Wonders Travel and Tourism Membership Club.
Membership Presentations: Conduct persuasive and engaging sales presentations to showcase the features, advantages, and benefits of joining the membership club. Clearly articulate the value proposition, exclusive privileges, discounts, and access to extraordinary travel experiences that come with membership.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing club members. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company. Continuously prospect for new leads, follow up on leads promptly, and effectively close sales deals to maximize revenue.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the World Wonders Travel and Tourism Membership Club, including its features, benefits, pricing structure, and membership levels. Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide accurate information and make compelling sales pitches.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer data, and sales activity reports. Utilize CRM systems and tools to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate with other sales agents and team members to share best practices, exchange leads, and support each other in achieving collective goals.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and customer preferences through continuous learning and professional development. Attend sales training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection in a positive and professional manner.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required to attend events or meet with potential clients.

Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
