2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and expectations.

3. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and materials for events.

4. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.

5. Prepare and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

6. Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

8. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Candidate with a proven track record as an Event Manager or similar role.

2. Excellent command of the English&Telgu language, both written and verbal.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

5. Presentable appearance with a professional demeanour.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
