Context :

Within the Europe and International Hub of the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC site in Grenoble, made up of 240 employees, you evolve in an innovative environment committed to sustainable development. This position will allow you to intervene in varied, rhythmic missions and will allow you to occupy a key role in the good evolution of the projects.

Your tasks:

  • Organizing meetings, including planning, sending reminders, and organizing them,
  • Management of the agenda, prioritizing appointments according to their sensitivity, making contact with the necessary people,
  • Organize business trips/seminars and the necessary reservations, including VISA,
  • Communication interne (ex : YAMMER),
  • Logistic coordination of meetings/Kick-off (distribution list, invitation, collation of presentations),
  • Back-Office project management (structuring the project and its communication).


  • Holder of at least a BAC + 2 in the field of management or international trade, you have a first experience in a similar position.
  • You have acquired planning skills and are able to manage several missions at the same time, you are familiar with EPR tools and have a strong appetite for the digital field.
  • Your level of English is fluent and allows you to communicate both orally and in writing on a daily basis with any type of interlocutor.
  • You are autonomous, proactive, and demonstrate great organizational capacity.
