Job Summary

Profile:

• Selling Website Design & Development, Google Adwords, SEO, Social Media Promotion, Ecommerce Site Products Posting & Web domain & Hosting.
• Making sales over the phone or through direct field marketing while cold calling to generate revenue for the team.
• Find fresh sales leads by making follow-up calls, making cold calls, and sending emails.
• Customer maintenance and renewing, revenue maximisation, and increasing sales.
• Handling Clients queries, Assisting clients by answering their doubts.
• Should handle both Inbound calls & Outbound Calls.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Data Entry
• Tele Calling
• Maintaining Data and Calls Report
• Maintaining existing clients
• Sourcing new Clients and close sales

Requirements:

• The candidate would have experience managing customer solutions over the phone.
• Candidates Must’ve Sales-Interest.
• Capable of working both independently and in a group.
• The candidate should have past experience in increasing sales and retaining customers or capable of doing the same.
• The candidate should have hands on experience managing customers and selling products.
• Candidates must be at ease performing in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Monday to Saturday

Language Preferred:

• English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu
