To complete our team, we are currently looking for a:
Factory Laborer (Permanent Seasonal)
Under the responsibility of the production foreman, the floor attendant will have the following main tasks:
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- storage palletizers;
- Delivery of packaging and labels to press operators;
- Manual operation of pallet conveyors and hood if required;
- Apply labels;
- Clean the workplaces;
- All other related tasks.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- Able to prioritize work independently;
- Works safely and demonstrates a good attitude;
- Works independently and in a team;
- Able to work overtime and evening shifts;
- Able to work in noisy and dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions;
- Can lift up to 50 pounds;
- Be willing to be trained for other jobs;
- Forklift driving experience;
- No restrictions limiting his ability to properly wear personal protective equipment;
- Fluency in written and spoken French is an asset.
To complete our team, we are currently looking for
Floor Attendant (Permanent Seasonal)
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the main responsibilities of the Floor Attendant are:
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Stocking palletizers
- Delivery of packaging and labels to press operators
- Manual operation of pallet conveyors & hooder when required
- Putting on labels;
- Cleaning the work area;
- All other related tasks.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- Able to prioritize work independently
- Work in a safe manner and display a good attitude
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working overtime and night shift work
- Capable of working in a noisy, dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willing to be trained for other jobs
- Experience operating a forklift
- Not have restrictions limiting one’s ability to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment
- Written and spoken competence in French is an asset.
