About the job
We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and passionate Diver in this full-time position. In this role, you will be working on a 2/2/5/5 roster. Working at our scenic Southern site in Dover, you will earn a base hourly rate of $35.82 per hour with a dive allowance of $100 per dive day.
In this role, you will work with a multi-skilled crew. Dive duties can include:
- Net inspections and underwater repairs
- Mort retrieval and general recovery
- Net scoring and Mooring checks
- Fish schooling and behavioural observation
- General farm hand duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Aquaculture SSBA to 30 metres Commercial dive qualification
- Commitment to working in a marine farming environment
- Strong communication skills
- Coxswains Grade 2 ticket (desirable)
- Right to work in Australia
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical and drug test
