The operations team contributes to customer satisfaction and strives to meet our commitments. As our high-performing team is growing rapidly, we are currently looking for a part-time (12 hrs/week) Infarm Farmer who will represent the spirit of Infarm at our sites.

As an in-farmer, you will be on the road to maintain our hydroponic and vertical farms all over the city of Rouen.

You will take care of harvesting and planting in our high-performance Ido cultivation systems. You will proactively provide feedback on your work and help improve processes and workflows. The ability to interact with customers and other farmers, to remain flexible, proactive, inventive, and efficient, with high professionalism and respect for confidentiality, is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Harvest and plant our Infarm plants at customer sites two days a week (Tuesday and Friday)
• You ensure that our farms and our points of sale are impeccable in the supermarkets where our farms are located
• Maintain and represent our food quality requirements at customer sites
• Maintain our/your agricultural stocks according to Infarm standards
• Provide ongoing feedback on plants, farms, and customer sites

MEETINGS, POST-HARVEST ACTIVITIES, RETURNS

• Provide ongoing constructive feedback to your manager
• Proactively participate in team meetings and workshops

REQUIRED PROFILE 

• The first experience of work or studies in agriculture, the plant or botanical sector is a plus
• You have an outstanding team spirit
• You are used to flexible working hours
• You are comfortable with morning work
• Fluent in French, English also ideally
• You are autonomous, proactive/proactive and you like to work in a demanding environment
