Farm Hand

WB BM Schulz is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Farm Hand to join us on a full-time basis at our farm in Williams WA.

Duties & responsibilities:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Checking and moving livestock
• General sheep work throughout the year
• Maintenance of water, fencing & farm infrastructure
• Machinery operation during seeding, hay, and harvest
• Spreading fertilizer
• Uphold safe, hygienic standards across the farm
• Maintain clean resources and equipment
• Safe operation of various machinery
• General farm duties

Experience & skills:

• Mechanical knowledge & experience with farm machinery
• HC license preferred
• Patience dealing with livestock (experience preferred, but training is available)
• Non-smoker preferred
• Able to adhere to WHS regulations
• Able to work both collaboratively, and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent work ethic with punctuality
