Description

Flipkart, one of India’s largest e-commerce companies, is offering job opportunities for freshers in the role of Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues or concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, order status, delivery updates, refunds, and other service-related queries.
  3. Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving payment-related issues.
  4. Providing guidance and assistance to customers in navigating the Flipkart website or mobile app and utilizing its features and services.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and technical support, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  6. Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as required, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  7. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer service database.
  8. Continuously improving knowledge of Flipkart’s products, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  9. Adhering to defined service-level agreements (SLAs) and meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
  10. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall enhancement of the customer service experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduation degree in any discipline. A degree in business, commerce, or a related field would be an advantage.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and one or more regional languages.
  3. Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues effectively.
  4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
  6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and applications.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a positive work culture.
  8. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
  9. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior customer service experience would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
