Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues or concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, order status, delivery updates, refunds, and other service-related queries.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers in navigating the Flipkart website or mobile app and utilizing its features and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and technical support, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as required, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer service database.
- Continuously improving knowledge of Flipkart’s products, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Adhering to defined service-level agreements (SLAs) and meeting performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall enhancement of the customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduation degree in any discipline. A degree in business, commerce, or a related field would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and one or more regional languages.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
