About the role: The role will encompass building the partnership and alliances with the pharmaceutical firms, and all aligned stakeholders toward the long-term goal of Flipkart health being the partner of choice for all stakeholders. To ensure end-to-end category management from planning, and stitching together strategic partnerships for Flipkart Health+. Key Deliverables are across:
Client and Market understanding:
Develop a thorough knowledge of the market – short-term and long-term trends. Have an in-depth knowledge of competition, and vendors and have the ability to influence the market. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and develop and execute partner plans.
Selection and Offers:
Closely work with existing and potential partners that can help us solve the regional challenges
Review the monthly, and quarterly schemes from each partner and work with teams to get the best possible selection & partners onboarded. Manage promotions along with partners. Make Flipkart Health+ the “destination of choice” for customers through the largest and the greatest assortment of products on offer.
Planning, Pricing & Promotions
To identify and associate with all the pharma firms in the space and develop good business relations with all the right stakeholders across all functions
Work with internal manufacturers, supply partners, and sellers toward the improvement of procurement terms
To work closely with partners toward collaborating for all feasible patient-centric activities
All planning tasks related to topline and bottom line levers – Daily, Monthly as well as Annual Operating Plans. Develop the right pricing policy – identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting. Own both creation and execution of monthly promotional calendar baking in larger trends and events.
Develop deep and long-standing relationships with Pharma Companies and vendors – to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical. Own the terms of business with the vendor – products, ordering, growth.
Ensure a high share of mind from the partner. Build deep ties. Make brands & vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category. Develop and manage a fulfillment strategy with the vendors to ensure the best selection along with the optimal cost and service.
What you’ll need:
- Experience in the Pharma modern trade/ healthcare e-Com, distribution, and supply chain is an added advantage
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions
- The ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and liking to work with a variety of stakeholders is important
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder & project management skills
