Assistant Manager – Key Account Manager

This role is at the Externalization vertical of Ekart (the Supply Chain Business of Flipkart).

Client Support & KAM teams are responsible for managing the client accounts of external partners by continuously monitoring & driving the services through Operations teams.

The team works closely with top e-commerce and omni-channel retail brands on various services being offered and helps achieve the Targets of SLAs, Maintain client relationship, revenue recognition, conduct business performance reviews, add scale and revenue to the network.

Key responsibilities :-

  • Team management
    • Manage Client service team
    • Cross Functional working with Operations, IT, Finance, Design, F&I, L&P and HR
  • P & L management
    • Continuous monitoring of Client Revenue & Cost accounts
    • Review & Improve on the Service SLAs to ensure there is no impact on losses in storage & revenue.
    • Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency increase
  • Account Management
    • Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth, Operational Performance metrics
    • Reconciliation and Closure of shipments on time
    • Collection of Payments on time
    • Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with
    • Engage with partners on business growth with periodic reviews
  • New partnerships
    • Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live
  • Product development and VAS
    • Enhance Service Offerings through innovative solves & VAS
    • Lead initiatives internally to improve key fulfillment related metrics.
  • Reporting & MIS
    • Understanding Client & Internal Systems and building reports, dashboards
