Machine Shop Labourer Provincial Park 40 Hours Per Week (Alternating btw 05:00 – 13:00/ 13:00 and 21:00)Job Summary
To provide support for the Machine shop department, ensuring the smooth process flow and helping to keep the machines running none stop.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
- General FLT duties
- Moving inventory to machines and away from machines – ensure machines are always supplied with the next component. Working to a KanBan System where established
- Skip emptying / Swarf out machines
- Coolant management and topping up as directed
- Support packaging for Internal and external shipments
- Loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- General housekeeping duties (Sweeper driving).
- Assisting in Simple PPM as trained and directed.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Help deliver the ESH improvement / Machine uptime.
Knowledge and Aptitude required
- Self-motivated and dedicated, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A flexible team player with interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and innovative.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise accordingly.
Experience and Qualifications
- English and Maths – GCSE Level
- Fork Lift Truck Licence
- Over-head Crane Licence (not essential)
