Full Job Description
Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join our exciting Rooms team.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a minimum of three years of supervisory or assistant management level experience within a luxury hotel setting. This candidate will oversee Housekeeping and Laundry. The candidate must be passionate, goal driven, and have a genuine passion for excellence and continually set the bar high in all areas of the resort.
The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will manage a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel, conduct interviews, train and schedule staff accordingly, conducts Performance Evaluations and disciplines staff when needed, monitor Room Attendant’s daily progress, inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met, coordinates work orders and assures that there are sufficient supplies on guest floors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language are essential.
