Future Girls Soccer United is a year-round sanctioned academy offering both a recreational stream and competitive pathway made up of U8-U13 teams. We are the only all-female-led soccer experience in the province of Ontario. Our players train in Oakville and play in the applicable Peel
Region leagues plus travel for tournaments and festivals. Our coaches have a wide range of playin and coaching experience and qualifications obtained through the OSA Coaching Curriculum, National Team performances, Professional Team performances, and D1 and CIS collegiate play. Our mission
since we started in 2015 is to make the girls the very best they can be, on and off the field.

- POSITION TITLE: Part-Time Technical Consultant
- POSITION STATUS: Part-time, Freelance
Future Girls is seeking a Part-Time Technical Consultant who will be
considered the Technical lead of Future Girls Soccer United
In alignment with Ontario Soccer and Canada Soccer’s High Performance and Player Development
Program Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementation of all programs within Future Girls Soccer United.
- Ensure continuous assessment and improvement of the player development matrices and
- Ensure alignment with LTPD principals as directed by Canada Soccer.
- Identify other opportunities for increasing club awareness
- Forge creative partnerships and innovation strategies
- Forge new pathway relationships enhancing the FGSU player experience
- Identify talented players and nurture and promote them provincially, nationally and internationally
Qualifications must include:
- A minimum Canada Soccer ‘B’ License
- Thorough understanding of Canada Soccer’s Wellness to World Cup Document
- Thorough understanding of Canadian Sport for Life’s Long-Term Athlete Model
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with Canada Soccer Club Licensing Program
- A talent for innovation and creativity
- An unyielding passion for women’s soccer
