  • The Parkside Inpatient Ward at Frimley Park Hospital is a Private Patient unit which comprises of 26 en-suite single rooms that are light and airy. The Private inpatient ward is dedicated to elective surgical/orthopaedic patients only.
    We would welcome Band 3 Healthcare Assistants to apply for the vacant post that is available. You should enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate excellent customer care and communication skills.

  • As an integral member of the ward/department/team provides support to nursing in the direct provision of patient care.
  • To provide a range of health care and non-nursing duties, ensuring an efficient and effective service to the ward at all times.
  • To work in other areas of private patients as required by Matron or Senior Sister in charge.

  • To enable patients/clients to maintain their personal hygiene and appearance
  • To contribute to the movement and comfort of patients/clients
  • To enable patients/clients to eat and drink
  • To contribute to the management of patient/client continence
  • To receive, transmit, store and receive information relating to the delivery of a Care service
  • To ensure that ward stores/stock supply is maintained
  • To contribute to the health, safety and security of patients and their environment
  • To assist with the Last Offices where and when required
  • To prepare and undertake clinical activities agreed upon with the trained nurse
  • To assist in maintaining the high standards of the department
