Front Desk Receptionist

The Role

  • Handles and transfers all incoming calls and outgoing international calls. • Handles the reception and the forwarding of the office mail/courier. • Manages office supply of stationery, kitchen supplies, and equipments. • Handles all registering, typing, sending, distributing copies and filing all incoming and outgoing mail, and faxes for all departments as well as keeping records numerically. • Receives people and provides them with first hand assistance. • Extends support in well receiving guests in a hospitable way. • Arranges meeting rooms and locations including all needed supplies and courtesy services. • Helps in typing reports, circulars etc., as assigned. • Works with office administrative clerk on schedule to enable deliveries / pick ups and other related work. • Performs all office stationary procurement. • Performs all hotel and flight bookings and arrange airport pick ups.


  • At least two years experience in a similar job. • Good command of the English Languages. Arabic is an added advantage • Excellent secretarial skills. • Good command of computer skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Pleasant personality and good complexion.
