Futuready Media is on the lookout for a passionate learner who can manage responses of brands on social platforms.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Assist and support CRM team in their day to day operations.
- Assist and coordinate with client servicing team.
- Conduct SM audit, document and report to the department.
- Support CRM team in handling and documenting client accounts.
- Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Correct discrepancies in SM responses.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
- Maintain quality check of responses given by CRM team.
- Assisting client servicing manager for report generation and record keeping.
Skills
- MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
ROTATIONAL SHIFT
- 3 shifts (7 am -3 pm) (3 pm- 11 pm) (11 pm to 7 am)
