- Perform all administrative duties for the HR Department. • Process and maintain Human Resources personnel files for all employees across GRADE Offices. Responsible for retention and archiving of all personnel records. • Maintains human resources records of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, employee leaves and attendance. • Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. • Act in a confidential capacity handling external and internal inquiries from the public, employees and departments. • Preparing monthly reports, research and analyze data for special projects assigned. • Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leaves. • Coordinate and / or facilitate special projects as needed. • Provide administrative support to HR team as and when required. • Support in Recruitment and its administration tasks. • Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree in Administration / HR or equivalent • 3-5 years experience in an HR assistant role or similar • Familiar with HRIS, preferably Oracle • Microsoft office skills particularly Excel • Fluent in English both written and verbal • People oriented and a good team player • Professional personal appearance • Has initiative • Stress tolerant • Good attention to detail
