Full Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities would be:


  • Understand the customer requirements and provide schedules
  • Tackling Incoming Calls from Existing and New client base
  • Reaching out to customers via calls to address their requirement and converting them
  • Sending daily reports to the Management Team
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
