Full Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities would be:
- Understand the customer requirements and provide schedules
- Tackling Incoming Calls from Existing and New client base
- Reaching out to customers via calls to address their requirement and converting them
- Sending daily reports to the Management Team
- Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
